Payments are made by bank transfer using a VietQR code. Keep the transfer note unchanged so your payment is matched to the right order.
Your plan activates automatically as soon as the bank confirms, usually within a minute.
If your plan is not active after 15 minutes, email us the order code and a screenshot of the transfer and we will activate it by hand.
Full refund within the first 7 days if you have used no more than 20% of the period's AI Credits. After that, remaining time is non-refundable.
An underpaid transfer is held as pending; contact us to top it up or have it returned.
